Accessibility
The venue's location is easily accessible by train, plane or car, so it's convenient to get to from anywhere in the UK and beyond. Exec's just 15 minutes from Peterborough's mainline railway station with King's Cross just a 45-minute ride. The region's airports are within easy reach with East Midlands, Birmingham, London Luton and London Stansted just one hour away by car.
Exec has unique access to the adjacent A1 and 20 miles of hard roads provide an efficient transport network inside the showground, enabling easy movement for vehicles all year round.
Convenience
For visitors there's parking for 22 coaches and 2,000 cars on hard standing, plus additional space for 20,000 on turf. There are 2,000 hotel beds available no more than 15 minutes away, so conference visitors have the option of making a welcome stopover, see where to stay
Organisers and contractors have the flexibility to deliver equipment in advance and benefit from secure overnight parking on-site. Vehicles can drive right inside the hall to unload with no fixed time-slot for arrival and departure. What's more, promoters and exhibitors can sleep onsite and leave vehicles overnight in our secure showground.
Security
We take security seriously, that's why Exec is surrounded by an 8ft high palisade steel perimeter fence, providing optimum protection for exhibits and vehicles left overnight.
We also provide carefully controlled pedestrian access to the venue, reducing unlawful entry and keeping your security and staffing costs to a minimum.
